Perfect Family Trip

Great stay in the smokies

Really fun stay at a great cabin for both location and amenities. Short 15 mins away from Dollywoood and Pigeon Forge. Great for a family especially with multiple gates/doors/alarms separating the cabin area from the indoor pool on the bottom floor. Would happily stay again!

Family Vacation

Amazing views in a cabin that has it all

Just had a relaxing stay in this cabin that has everything. The views were amazing and the cabin was close enough to town that it wasn't too far to go get dinner or check out the sites. The hot tub was relaxing and the indoor pool is a bonus.

Perfect cabin with all the extras!

Very clean, beautiful views and loved the indoor pool , hot tub and sauna!! Only wished the concrete by the pool had mats or something to keep from slipping when it got wet.

great place with great views

House was just as advertised. great views of the mountains, very clean and close to attractions. check in and booking was very easy. only issues we had was that a couple of the inside doors wouldn't latch properly and the showers were draining slow but nothing minor that minor maintenance wouldn't take care of.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay this past week. Very nice and clean cabin. Great views! The kids loved the pool and game room. Only suggestions are maybe get a couple extra blankets for the pull out couches. Also a security light in the parking lot would be helpful, we showed up after dark and it was pouring rain. Was a bit dark. Definitely will rent this again!

Beautiful house and even better scenery. Coffee and a book everymorning on the balcony for sunrise= perfection. Living in flatlands, the drive up was a bit terrifying BUT... i would do it again to stay here! Thank you!

Beautiful cabin on mountain

This cabin was amazing!!! Perfectly clean! Drive was a little steep up there but 100% worth it! The only thing that would’ve made it better for us if there was an actual bed in 3rd bedroom not just futon but we made it work. Other than that 1000% recommend!!! The property management were awesome to deal with and so very helpful and accommodating! We would love to return!!

Pool and a View

This property has set a new expectation level for my wife and I now when visiting PF and GB. We absolutely loved the views, amenities, fire pit, hot tub...it's probably easier to list what I did NOT like so-leaving. I did not like leaving..at all. It sucks to have to leave such a fantastic retreat and come back to the boring again. Now all I have to look forward to is next year and possibly coming here again! Seriously though communication was top notch with these owners. Maintenance issues were handled quickly (we tripped the dishwasher breaker). Felt 1000% comfortable doing business with!!

Lived Up to the Pictures and More

When my family and I are looking for a cabin in TN, I am always focused on the view and the cabin's amenities. This one had it all. We have 3 children that just loved this cabin. The pool was perfect for them to splash around a bit and then jump right into the hot tub. Being able to sit outside and just watch the sunrise and sunsets were amazing. My only 2 knocks to this cabin are that since it's newer, there's not a lot of options in the kitchen from past tenants leaving extras - bring everything you need! Also, the deck seating was not the most desirable and not enough of it for the family. Other than those 2 small things, we would book again in a heartbeat! We loved it and the location was stellar!

Family Vacation

I cannot say enough about bear tracs. All the other great reviews are very accurate. My family absolutely loved this place. Everything was just as described and even better in person. The house was very clean and stocked with extra fresh sheets and pillow cases. Me and my 5 year old loved the Old school pac man games. The teenagers had a blast in the jacuzzi. The kitchen was fully stocked so we were able to make dinner a couple nights. Last but certainly not least the The most impressive part is the breath taking views. Each room in the house has direct access to the balcony with absolutely wonderful mountain views. The owners are easy to reach with a simple text and very responsive. I would highly recommend this place. We are planning to go back in a couple months.

Amazing view!

We enjoyed our weekend getaway at this cabin! The cabin itself is beautiful. You can tell it’s brand new. The furniture and beds were comfy. It was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We have came to TN for many years, but the cleanliness of this cabin was the best we’ve experienced by far. The check in and out process was super easy and convenient. The best part was the amazing views. You cannot beat it! The only downfall, which should not be a deal breaker - is the road to the cabin and driveway itself. The road is small and very curvy. The driveway is steep as well. Parking at the top is limited. In the summer, this is all obviously fine, but consider it during a winter stay! Overall, we’d stay again and also rent from the same host!

There is no better way to beat the humid Florida summer heat than to spend some time in the Smoky Mountains. Booking through Bear Tracts was seamless and efficient. The App and the activities through Xplorie were also incredible and easy to use. The mountain views from this cabin were surreal. Plenty of room and the pool/hot tub were nice and relaxing.

Mostly secluded but, not too far from others. Property was generally clean however a couple areas were missed. The upstairs bedroom mattress creaked loudly but it was comfortable. The reservation process seemed overly complicated compared with other recent rentals we have made. Also, a couple of the rental rules, such as on the use of towels, felt somewhat excessive. At the same time, these were not hard to abide by.All in all we enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to staying here again.

October 2023 Stay

This cabin was everything we expected and more. Short drive from town, fantastic views, spotless, great wifi, and on and on! If there was anything we could suggest it would be a door mat at the front door as it was raining when we arrived and we tracked it onto the nice clean floors. Just a thought. We would definitely rent this beautiful cabin again!
