We absolutely had a wonderful time! This place was perfect for my kids and grandkids. Everyone loved fishing and making s’mores. The communication was great. I was pleased with how professional and extra friendly everyone was with check in to check out. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at this big, beautiful property was absolutely wonderful!! It was just as described and then some! 4 generations of us were there and all ages agreed it was our favorite cabin so far!! Communication was great and the whole experience couldn’t have been better. Plus, my 6 year old great grandson fished several hours each day and caught a total of 123 fish! He was in heaven! We loved it and plan to return!

We stayed here with a large group (5 adults, 2 teens, and 2 kids), and the house was absolutely perfect for us. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out without ever feeling crowded. The home itself was beautiful, spotless, and even decorated for Christmas, which made our stay feel extra special.The location was great—just a quick 10-minute drive to all the main attractions and restaurants, yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The private pond out back was a huge hit; the boys spent hours fishing and having a blast. We also loved gathering around the fire pit in the backyard for family s’mores nights.Inside, the massive game room was the star of the trip—everyone spent hours playing and hanging out together. There’s also a really nice movie room upstairs, but honestly, we barely used it because we were having so much fun outside and in the game room!This home had everything we needed and more. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!

Amazing stay!

Amazing location! Beautiful, well-maintained home! The creek running along the back side of the house and the fishing pond provided hours of entertainment for all of our children. Also, the game room provided more hours of entertainment! Everyone wants to come back again. We loved being so close to the Smokies, Gatlinburg, and PF, and Dollywood.

My family and I had a great time here. The small personal fishing pond was the best part for two of my cousins. There was more than enough space and activities to do in the cabin making our time in East TN that much more enjoyable. Everything was exactly as described.

Amazing Cabin for the Family

I have stayed in the Smokies in many different cabins and hotels over the years. This is the award winner. So roomy and teens have plenty to do on the property such as the game room and outdoor basketball! Adults loved the private pond with the fishing. Location is just beautiful too.

A Great Spot

Great property for vacation with extended family. The creek right outside the backdoor, the fishing pond, the nice community pool a 5-min walk away, and the nearby nature trail gave our family great options for enjoying the outdoors. The covered bridge at the entrance to the Cedar Falls resort provided a great spot for family photos. We had a local photographer come. The kitchen inside the place is indeed well-stocked, even having corn cob holders! Arcades in the game room are all free. All pictures on the listing were accurate except the bunk bed room at the top of the stairs. The bunk beds no longer exist (at least as of 6/15). It now includes a queen and maybe a twin. A nice surprise was a recently renovated downstairs bathroom that is now a full bath, although the remodel didn't include a vent pipe so it gurgles a lot. Another convenience is that the property manager picks up the garbage (other nearby rentals required guests to take their garbage to dumpsters). You just text when your garbage outside is full (which for 18 of us was every day and a half or so). My family had a wonderful time here!

The best house yet!

We had 10 adults and 6 children under the age of 6 on our trip. We typically vacation to the Outer Banks in large homes and decided to go to the mountains instead. This was the best house we've ever stayed in. It is spacious, clean, well-equipped, superbly located near everything yet feels private and in the mountains, and has something for everyone. The children loved the game room and movie room. They also loved the hot tub and walking in the creek. The community pool is an easy walk and we typically had it all to ourselves. The fish pond is so close to the house that you can fish from the bank with family enjoying the fire next to you in Adirondack chairs at the shaded fire pit. The best catch in the pond are catfish and you'll catch and release plenty if you have chicken livers. The dining room table is large enough for the entire family and small tables are along the wall for children, with extra children's chairs upstairs. We like escaping cell phone reception on vacation, but if that doesn't work for your then you should note that cell reception is limited. The Wi-Fi worked well though and we resorted to FaceTime audio-calls or walking up to the end of the driveway where you could call out. We had a few ants and upon reporting, someone was sent out by the office within hours to take care of it. The office has discounted Dollywood tix available. This is a great home and we look forward to returning next time we decide to get away to the mountains.

Wow, this cabin was amazing! It was even better in person than in the pictures. The hosts truly went above and beyond, providing more amenities than any other rental I've stayed in.
