Easy check in. Bathrooms and bedding were clean! Kids loved it. However, the stairs are pretty awkward and scary. There’s also two cut down poles flush with the ground in the parking area that could possibly pop someone’s tire.

Clean house, good communication with host. Stairs are not ideal if you have small children or difficulty climbing. One room on main floor which is fine if everyone can get up the stairs.
