“The room was clean and fresh on arrival and in perfect order. We had a good night’s sleep with very little noise around. The receptionists were welcoming, polite and efficient. However, a £5 charge for parking was a surprise. If it is in the small print Hotels.com failed to highlight this extra charge which is disappointing.
