“Clean room, clean environment, polite staff”

“Overall all great only thing is as the road for haram 8/10mn if no traffic is most of the time close to maintain crowds and walking is 30/35 mn.”

“Great place to stay.. everything here is beautiful.. Two things i had issues with 1. the cleaning staff didn't come to clean my room for the 4 days i was around even though the sign was showing. 2. Going to the UMRAH is easy, buses are available but getting back to the hotel from the UMRAH is via the same buses, OMG is too much work, many a times, i had to catch a Taxi because i am tired. Other than that.. awesome place to stay.. Recommended all the way if you love luxury ”

“I do not recommend this hotel for anyone coming for Umrah or visiting the Holy Mosque. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because it advertised a complimentary shuttle service to the Haram. However, upon check-in, I was told that there is no shuttle service during Ramadan and that I should use public transportation instead (they pointed to the buses outside). These buses had extremely long lines, were overcrowded, and the boarding process felt very disorganized, with people being……

“Peaceful place, plenty of space within the room and great customer service, definitely coming back again”

“I stayed with my wife for almost 3 weeks and it was among the best decision. Mainly because of the staff like Parveez (from Bangladesh) was always so cheerful and kind. His smile and welcoming personality definitely helped a lot to feel comfortable. Same goes for Omar and Taheer behind the coffee bar. The would help even if it was inconvenient and we’re always so genuine and warm. We hope to see them again in a few months for a new family booking. Hope also they get the recognition they……

“Hotel staff were great but the room needed TLC . We booked a room with Haram view but we got a corner room with a crane obstructing. Saying that we arrived at 8am and they accommodated us sttaight away with our room. So all good. Breakfast was very nice spacious and a good variety with staff teady to help. ”

“Staff couldn't find the reservation of 3 rooms properly. They only found 1 room. Original request of having 3 rooms together could not be met, which was inconvenient. Rooms were alright.”
