「very good」

「Friendly and polite staff. Hotel located in town center with lots of shops and a variety of restaurants nearby. The on-site car park is first-come-first serve and becomes full early. Be prepared to park in off-site paid car park if you drive.」

「easy check in and check out, near the beach.」

「Parking was a bit of a problem. Free on site parking impossible」

「Lovely hotel recently decorated The big downside was there was no air condioning. The temperatures were around 28 degrees ,I could not even open my window as it opened directly onto the street with no security bars so anyone could have climbed in .」

「The staff were super helpful and friendly and the hotel was lovely and in a great location for walking around and exploring Folkstone and the beach!」

「Our room had a very ugly view over the bins and kitchen extractor fans. This created a loud hum until around 10pm and also brought some cooking smells into the room. The walls are also very thin and we could hear the room next door very clearly. However, after midnight the noise died down and it was quiet. The hotel is in a nice, very rural location.」

「Very convenient for channel tunnel, only 5 mins drive. Great parking at low cost.good restaurant at reasonable prices. Lovely staff, especially Cameron on reception. Comfortable room although no mini bar.」

「Service and location are very good. Can have more options for breakfast. Overall good stay」
