「Breakfast was little late if I’m Honest so didn’t eat there but food was fantastic.. banging shower and room very tidy.. would stay again plenty of parking and free.」

「Noice from the lobby i can hear at my hotel room on 2/F Manager told me that she doesn’t know how to solve the problem as the room is provided to me. No other rooms was offered and customer service was not good enough for problem solving 」

「Getting into car park when coming from town centre could be better signposted. Room was fine, minor lighting issues, having a fan was good as very muggy.」

「We like the size of the room. Both the room, bathroom and room linens clean, but having an open shower in a bathroom that is not a wet room resulted in water spraying everywhere. I was concerned about the risks without proper waterproofing, as moisture can easily damage a building's subfloor. The hotel is tucked away surrounded by a woodland garden. Nice place for a morning stroll. Downside of staying in rooms of the main hotel - was the noise level in an open, older building is at times high...

「Viktor was welcoming & so very helpful. The location is walking distance to everything fun, like the World of Glass Museum & the Transportation museum. And not far from lovely strolls along the canal. Stellar place to stay. The room had a microwave, an electric kettle and a clothes stand to hang my clothes. Also one large chest of drawers as well as a small chest of drawers and a lovely mirror. Well recommended!」

「The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Staff were all fabulous, from check in to restaurant and bar. The lady waiting on breakfast was especially great. The challenges were that the room was rather hot, and given the location on the main road, opening the window meant it was noisy. Noise was the main issue - from doors opening, floors creaking and especially from the person in the next room who had their tv on extremely loud until past 2am. 」

「Staff support none existent despite numerous messages sent before stay. Also had so many mails for check in for different rooms. Not exactly or professional 」

「Only stayed one night to go to a concert. Said check in from 3pm but when I arrived at 4pm room was not ready. No air-conditioning in room but it was big & beds looked clean but whole place is in need of decorating. Lift was out if order. Kettle in room but only two mugs for three people. Had to ask a couple of times to get an extra mug. Did not use bath or shower over bath as didn't look clean. Towels are provided but no toiletries. Pub next door was good for a drink beforehand but doesn't do...

「We were given a room that had no TV with used towels in the bathroom, we were moved to another room, the hallway smelt of smoke and two staff members also in front of us mentioned this but do not think anything was done about this. Hotel in a good location with good leisure facilities.」
