  • For a fun and easy seaside escape, this lovely two-bedroom ground-floor apartment in Sheringham is just the ticket. It’s set within an attractive semi-detached brick townhouse in a convenient central location, just 200 metres from the town’s sandy beach and colourful huts, and around 350 metres from the bustling High Street. Sheringham itself is a charming Victorian coastal town that’s perfect year-round, whether you’re paddling in the waves, walking along the promenade, or sampling fish and chips by the sea. From the train station (350 metres), hop aboard a vintage steam train to Holt (5.5 miles), a pretty Georgian town with boutique shops, cafés and a scenic 100-acre country park. Other seaside gems like Cromer (4.5 miles) are within easy reach, while history buffs can explore the 18th-century windmill at Cley next the Sea (7.5 miles). For wildlife lovers, the Pensthorpe Nature Reserve (19 miles) is a treat.


    This stylish, beach-inspired retreat has an open, single-level layout makes it ideal for families or couples.
