I had prepaid through Hotels.com and when I got there the guy wasn't able to process the payment from Hotels.com to him and said it was my problem and I would have to pay for the room and get reimbursed from Hotels.com. finally after a while he gave me a room but it was not what I had booked. “I was so pleasantly surprised how wonderfully adorable this place is. Location is amazing too. Initially difficult to communicate with the "owner" via VRBO just to get an address, but got it finally. Made me a little nervous.
