"We booked this hotel for our family of three. The room size was typical for Japan, and the bathroom was very clean, albeit small. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, and fresh towels were provided every day. Coffee was available in the lobby. There were also two washer-dryers available on a first-come, first-served basis. The location was great—it was within walking distance of several train stations, including the Ginza Line, Yamanote and Keihin-Tohoku Lines, and the Chiyoda Line, which made it easy to get around Tokyo. It was also within walking distance of Keisei Ueno Station (for Skyliner to and from Narita Airport). We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we visit!"

"This is not a party hotel/hostel. I like that it is in a quiet neighborhood with train stations close by. The staff are friendly, clean rooms spacious and has sufficient amenities. The only thing I would recommend is they change the upholstery on the chairs. They are a bit stained."
