I have a photo of the item, but it does not show that the incident happened in Tokyo. For this reason, may I please ask for a few photos of the interior of Room 611 as supporting evidence? If possible, could you please take photos of: - The view towards the corridor (wide angle if available) - The TV area (wide angle if available) - The wall on the left side when facing the bed (wide angle if available) - The corridor inside the room (wide angle if available) You may take several photos and it would be very helpful, as I can then choose the ones most suitable for the insurance claim. "Beautiful room, traditional with tatami mat.great size for our family of 4… towels were changed every day; beds were comfy, room was quiet; staff were very helpful. Microwave and refrigerator were a plus, did not need to use the stove, hot water kettle was useful! Restaurants nearby, close to Ikebukuro Station. Loved our 7 day stay, wished we could stay longer!"
