“From the start, we were greeted with a smile….we were given our room keys….the rooms were lovely and clean and comfortable. We pre booked a table for an evening meal, the meal was utterly delicious. The lady’s that dealt with us (Sarah and Eleaner) were so friendly…sorry I can’t remember the other two ladies, but they were so friendly also 👍👍. “The main thing to be said about our stay at the poltimore is that the staff really couldnt do enough for you. So attentive and lovely. The room was clean, spacious and had a stunning view of the countryside. The water sometimes ran brown, but this is probably the only negative comment to be said. Food has always been very nice here. We happily stay here again. ”

“Lovely place, just out of the town centre. Craig was really welcoming on arrival. I stayed in the Oak room which was clean, spacious and comfortable. “Lovey hotel. We went for an afternoon tea gift. Which was amazing. Everything baked in house. We made a weekend of it with an overnight stay. Staff very very friendly and nothing too Much trouble.
