“We couldn't check in because there was an area wide power outage. The staff was apologizing as though it was their fault, which they obviously had no control over. And they were completely flexible about our decision to not wait out the problem.”

Excellent communicators, friendly, but not intrusive.The location was very private with beautiful trees, garden, and Koi pond. Due to the weather, we did not get to enjoy all of the wonderful amenities. The property is very close to a small prop engine airport and while you could hear them periodically throughout the day the noise was not intrusive and it was not an issue in……
