「We booked this through hotels.com and we got a confirmation however they did not nor did they receive payment. We arrived and the host Valentina was waiting for us (because we called). She graciously let us in the gates and showed us one of two rooms to choose from which either one was fine. We were hungry and Valentina recommended a nearby restaurant that had great food. We woke up to a beautiful continental breakfast which tasted amazing and a latte. It was really foggy and we had to rush...

「Fantastic place to stay in Venice. There is no breakfast availability here but that was not a problem as there were loads of options in the surrounding area. St Marks square is less than a 10 minute walk away so it’s close enough to the lively centre but far away enough that you don’t have the street noise. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the bed is comfortable. The views from the room are stunning and include views of the canals. If we were to ever come back we would definitely stay...
