"The property was so close to Capital Hill and the surrounding sights which we were in DC to visit. This made our stay very convenient and memorable. With the parking permit we could leave our vehicle on the street overnight for our entire stay. The room we stayed in was cozy and quiet and had all the amenities we required. This unit definitely took the stress out of our visit to Washington DC. Even strolling through the neighborhood to get groceries was pleasurable."

"Once we got in, the spot was lovely. Beautifully decorated, incredible well stocked and furnished, totally perfect for meeting up and accessing dc. Heads up recognizing the tiny secret door between a barber shop and a liquor store was hard to recognize so we were a lotttle uncomfortable getting there at night. Worth it!"

"This is a great place to base your exploration of DC. Close enough to walk, bus, or metro to eveything in the city. The apartment itself was clean and well maintained. The addition of the washer/dryer was a lifesaver. The only negative we found was the low water pressure in the shower (but overall not a vig deal at all)."

In three walking directions you have access to few corner/mini marts, 6 to 10 sit down food options, street markets, and Trader Joe's.
