「What a lovely property to host a few families with kids while we were in town for a baseball tournament. The kids loved the large yard and deck. Plenty of space to hang out, cook and most importantly - comfy beds to sleep on. Every room was well stocked with all you could need and the host was great with communication! Very positive experience. 」

「The house seems brand new, as is the neighborhood. It was a good fit for our family. It is on the outskirts of Kingston with a five minute drive to local restaurants. Drives to the waterfront take 20 -25 minutes, but traffic is manageable. The kitchen had all the kitchenware you will need. Bedrooms are furnished well with comfortable beds. It seems to be in a very safe area. There is a small park with children's play equipment at the end of the block. We saw two bunnies at the park. 」

The amenities within the home are very basic and the exterior could use some attention to make this home a little more inviting. The neighbourhood is quiet and close to the lake, the quaint village of Bath, McKinnon Brothers Brewery, as well as easy access to Hwy 401. I would recommend this home to families with young children because of all the space to safely play.」

The location on the lake was perfect — we loved being able to step right outside for canoeing and kayaking. It’s a peaceful spot with beautiful views, ideal for both quiet mornings and active afternoons on the water. Overall, a great place to unwind and enjoy Prince Edward County.」

The house is set right on the Lake Ontario shore. It is sparkling clean, beautifully and thoughtfully equipped and decorated.
