“Overall we enjoyed our stay, It was cozy and smaller than expected but we didn't mind. The pool was nice and refreshing and you have a slight view of the beach. Property was clean and maintained. Its a very short drive to the Lexington and the little shops, you could walk but our gang was against it due to all the walking at the Lexington. Also a Short drive to HEB. Only thing was it smelled like mildew and we had to go buy Air fresheners to place throughout the unit because we all had headaches……

“The condo was small but very nicely, cheerfully decorated and great for a short weekend getaway! The complex and surrounding area is outdated, and seems to be going through revitalization, so it wasn’t the nicest location. Felt safe and right on North Beach but virtually nothing to walk to and just overall rundown area. Lots of construction at the complex, no noise issues, and can tell they’re doing a major property improvement. Pool area looks new and was very clean. The condo is exactly as……

“Had a funny smell. Remotes to both TVs were dirty and sticky. Outside balcony was a mess. Bedroom was very small and could not enjoy. Bed was very uncomfortable. I could only image how the bunk beds would feel or half size bunk beds may I say. Fan in bedroom kept making a clicking noise and was annoying to sleep with. Had to purchase our own bedding because the provided ones felt dirty. Bathroom was nice but small and felt claustrophobic. Ac stopped working the first night and woke up sweating……

“You have a great view of the beach without having to pay padre island prices around the room is a lot to do and the room was great despite all the construction going on around it.”

“I really like the set up of this place. Very clean. Bed was comfortable and had 4 nice beds. I only have one problem with place. A/C thermostat. Need to stay where you set it. You pay for place to stay you should be able to place ac on setting you like and it stay. Other than that good place.”

“Very clean, kitchen was supplied to cook a meal, if you want to. Good supply of bath towels. Fridge was nice and clean. Living room was comfy as well as the bed. Close to the shops and fishing pier. The beach was about a 5 minute drive. Not many restaurants to choose from in Rockport so I would advise to take some snacks or there is an HEB to shop. Just bring your own laundry soap if you wanna do a load of laundry. They work well and we’re clean as well. Definitely staying here again. ”
