A place to get away and relax

Good people manage the place. Had a minor issue with turning water on for the change in season when we arrived. Resolved satisfactorily.

Spacious, with gorgeous private setting

Loved the large rooms and the outstanding forest views from the rear of the house. It’s up a hill at the far end of the ranch, great for those of us who like quiet solitude. Probably not a good choice for kids with bikes.

Beautiful secluded home

This was a fantastic home for our family to reconnect. The home is located at the top of a hill (Hilltop Haven), so riding bikes was a lot of fun away from the home and a push with the bike trailer in tow to get to back to the house!

Spacious home, good condition, limited views due to forest. Long drive from entrance.

Nicely finished and configured house for 4 couples. Clean and well-equipped, with indoor parking for 1 car, but plenty of driveway space. Black Butte is a bit of a maze esp since home at pretty much max distance from entrance (15-20 min drive), but no traffic noise either... Very quiet neighborhood, plenty of driveway parking for 3 cars, 4 if garage is used.

Hilltop Haven

This house is the perfect getaway and is on the boundary of the resort. It is absolutely quiet, excellent for families and has views of Mt. Washington from the kitchen and upstairs master bedroom. The amenities are excellent, and the outdoor deck is a great way to relax in the evenings or early morning over coffee. We will certainly be back.

Great house

House was beautiful and perfect for our multi-generational family vacation. Giant windows with great views, really quiet and great star-watching at night. Main bedroom suite could have been its own apartment and kitchen was incredibly well-stocked. Big deck and sun room both were well-used and beds were very comfortable. It was a little ways away from main activity centers near the entrance and Glaze Meadow rec center, but we had a pool/tennis courts in walking distance and of course all else was easily within driving distance. The golfers in the group LOVE playing there and non-golfers has pools/bike-riding/pickle ball. We highly recommend and hope to come back next year.

Hilltop in Black Butte

The house was great for a group as it is very spacious, full of light with wonderful woodland views, very quiet and peaceful. The carpet was in dire need of cleaning with dirt buildup and many dog accidents that were not were not cleaned up. But we had a great time anyway! We would go back (hoping that this issue is resolved)
