“Great customer service , housekeepers are outstanding, the rooms are clean and they do a an excellent job cleaning the rooms , the location is excellent everything is in walking distance, I stay at Hampden inn when I come to Keller every 3 months , I use to go to SOUTHLAKE, but I enjoy the service and the people at Hampton in, the entire staff goes above and beyond for their customers. ”

“Nice place to stay. Shuttle driver Travis is very friendly. Front desk is good. Shuttle from 7am to 11pm is really helpful. ”

“The room was perfect very clean very happy. The only thing is that this time. I was very unhappy. You can literally hear every thing from next-door and I’m talking everything we were moved to the fourth floor very grateful to the lady at the front desk but the the fourth floor had the same issue a little less but you can still hear the tv. They really need to work on reducing the noise between the room!!!”

“Front counter person was great. She’s like 19-years old, I didn’t get her name. She was very friendly and caring. I sat in the lobby sadly, and she brought me a cup of ice water. She said ‘if you need anything let me know’. She was there to do her job but she went beyond her job of duty to help me. The rooms were very cleaned. I will stay there again. ”
