“The property is very nice and clean. There is a variety of restaurant food options available on the lower level. The view was incredible and the host is very helpful in answering any questions you may have about the room.”

“The 3 bedrooms are just nice for my family, the room are clean and new, walking distance to Genting Highlands indoor and outdoor theme parks. It has nice views and a jacuzzi at balcony. We have fun staying. We stayed one night, would suggest stay at least 2 nights.”

“云顶的5家酒店都造在一起，丽园算是离游乐场最远的，不过10分钟也能走到，算是方便。隔壁是一个变形金刚的展览，轰鸣的音乐晚上10点也不停，不好睡觉。酒店比较老旧，设施不完整，没有泳池，没有健身中心，客房居然连WiFi或者网线都没有，大堂也没有网络。只能到楼下的西式快餐点去点了一份套餐，上了一会儿网络。早餐额外算钱20马币一份，品种很少很少，不如自己出去吃。如果你就是主要来游乐场玩，把这里当作一个睡觉的地方那还可以。别的不要有太多期望了！”

“The exterior of the property looked similar to the photos posted online. Unfortunately, the interior was a very different experience. The elevator and the room had a strong unpleasant odor, making the environment uncomfortable. After inspecting the room, we immediately informed the front desk that the room was unsatisfactory and decided not to stay. Despite raising our concerns at the time, the matter was not resolved to our satisfaction. We also contacted Expedia for assistance, but were……

“1. Internet stopped working for half a day on Saturday evening, sent an email got no response except an automated emailer reminding of check out next day by 11:00 AM. 2. The fan in the room was super noisy - no way - place or opportunity to report. 2 security guards at lobby who ask us to send an email to connect, unlike in hotel where one can call the reception or housekeeping.”

“Our stay was okay, but a few small details could be improved. The studio wasn’t on the highest floor as expected, there was no hand wash, and only half a roll of toilet paper was provided. These simple touches would make a big difference, especially for families travelling from afar. We were also asked to cancel our unrefundable booking, which caused some confusion, and check-in instructions were not sent 24 hours in advance, making arrival less smooth.
