「Was a cosy home from home. A nice base for us to visit family and a couple days away with our young baby. The couple of kitchen appliances were enough for our needs and small touches like towels provided and complimentary biscuits was lovely. Great, attentive hosts but gave us our space during our stay.」

「Our first overnight stay at this particular Holiday Inn Express hotel, but probably will not be our last. The whole interior of the hotel including the reception area, bar and restaurant area, communal areas and especially the rooms have all been refurbished, and apparently fairly recently, to a very good standard. There is plenty of parking available at a cost of £4 per 24 hours.
From the reception desk staff to the bar and reception staff, they are all extremely friendly and helpful.

「Bad wifi and limited facilities. No fridge in the room, gym or anything really other than a square room with dodgy aircon.
I would give it a 3 star but the staff were so friendly and helpful that it deserves a 5.」

「Though GPS directed our car to the tourist coach parking lot at the back, the hotel is just beside the motorway service centre with several restaurants in it. As customer of the hotel, we can buy £10 worth of coupon at £7.5 and the coupon can be used at nearby restaurant. The family room is also spacious, though the nearby gas station charges comparatively higher than other gas station

「We have just had a 3 night stay at this lovely hotel. The only thing we can say about it as everything was first class but we really didn't like the idea of having to pay extra for fried eggs etc. at breakfast.
