“Breakfast menu was great. Room was clean, but the window seal had cracks in the plaster surrounding the window. Spoke to manager on duty. She said she would let housekeeping know. I took pictures because I didn’t want to get blamed and charged for damages . When I checked out the new manager on duty did not have the previous report I discussed”

“Comfortable bed, quiet room. Exceeded expectations for the price! Staff was so polite.”

“I booked 4 rooms due to the hotel having an indoor pool and my family and I were coming in to go to the zoo. When we arrived the front desk manager had allowed someone, I’m sure relative or friend, to rent one room and have a child’s birthday party at the pool. Needless to say the pool area and hot tub were unusable because of the 30 people attending the party. Front desk were rude and not helpful.”

“We stayed at this hotel after leaving the OYO hotel across town without staying the night there. This hotel was nice and in a good location. It was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I would change are the pillows. They were not comfy.”

“My couch arm was broken and they knew about it and when I asked for it to be fixed they just converted it to a bed without fixing the arm or replacing the couch and this was in room number 7”

“Can I use the word "slumlord"? Only update since the 80s is a flat screen TV. Popcorn ceiling, wallpaper border and dirt and mold especially in the bathroom says enough about their pride in the property. Pool drained except for algae in the puddle didn't indicate any preparation for summer on this Memorial Day weekend. Really disgusted especially with the abundance of cleaner and newer hotels within quarter mile radius.”
