Eunoia at Smiths Beach

What a great beach house located at popular Smiths Beach on Phillip Island, only a short walk to the main surf beach and shops.

A perfect family home featuring 3 bedrooms, 1-bathroom, open plan kitchen, dining and living area, and enclosed outdoor area. An easy stroll to the beach, hot shower awaits your return before sips on the deck with water views to admire your craving of the waves.

The three bedrooms all have new mattresses purchased in the last six months. Two rooms have Queen size beds, and the third bedroom has King single bunks and a double single bunk, bedroom blinds provide full block out and privacy screen.
The bathroom has a shower including a half size foot bath and vanity. The toilet is separate to the bathroom and adjacent to the laundry where there is a second vanity.

The kitchen provides a full-size fridge-freezer combination, induction stove top electric oven, microwave, and coffee pod machine. The kitchen area is spacious, where many gather whilst meals are being prepared or lounge on the couches watching the TV and the log fire.

The fully enclosed and weather protected elevated deck is where family and friends gather to share meals around a table which comfortably seats 10. A large gas BBQ has nourished many!

Plenty of parking on the property, the carport provides access to electricity for EV‘s. fully fenced and pet friendly. With an outdoor clothesline, basketball ring and plenty of grass, there is room for relaxing and playing outside.

And for those inclined, WiFi is connected.

A great home to come and enjoy the beach and the area with everything you require. linen and towels are not provided.

PLEASE NOTE:

LINEN: Sheets and bath towels are not provided. There are doonas with covers, pillows with pillow protectors, plenty of spare rugs, bath matts, hand towels and tea towels. You can bring your own or if you would like to hire linen, please let Dianne the holiday rental manager and this is invoiced separately for payment.

BOND: A bond of $400 is held against your credit card. There is no payment required.

FIREWOOD: You have to bring your own firewood.

No Smoking Policy.

STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE. (With the exception of children accompanied by parents)
PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.

Beautiful beachside getaway

The property was good overall, however there were a few issues, dirty bathers in the bathroom, broken fly screen door and although the property is listed as enclosed and dog friendly, there are significant gaps in the fence, so beware, especially if you have a smaller dog, otherwise the property is in a great location, just a 5 minute walk to smiths beach
