「The room smelled musty and all night long there was banging and noise as we were on the ground floor right next to reception area and entrance. Didnt notice how bad until we went to bed. At 211:90 pm, 1:00 am went to front desk to complain or change room but no one there. It was a terrible experience. Will not stay there again - it made it worse that we drove for 5 hours to get there to attend a funeral in the morning.」

「Primarily chosen as it was near to an event we were attending at the Nene Valley Railway (a short drive from the pub). We liked that the accommodation was in a separate building to the pub (although the pub was not loud). Good breakfast, evening meals, and friendly staff. We have a lovely walk around the village one evening, went back following day to try the local tea rooms but they closed early which was a shame. Will definitely stay here again」
