"Pretty much all kitchen utensils are there and seasonings which we took some of our own, just have to take your groceries and if you forget something Walmart will deliver, ours was 10. The host even stopped by to greet us and made sure everything was fine. Host had bikes w/helmets plus kayaks w/life vest - inner tubes, boat ramp near by, games, puzzles, books, and small pool table. We have already had family and friends wanting to book for their vacations, and referring them. We would definitely re-book this for future vacations."

"This place is spotless, well-furnished and a very pleasant place to stay. We did have problems with the temperature inside the house at night. The thermostat looked high-tech and maybe was being controlled by the hosts phone. We could not control the temperature and the last night the thermostat was set on 80 degrees. Other than that, we loved the place."
