"I had a very warm welcome on arrival. Very friendly and helpful. I arrived late in the evening and had given advance notice. All was explained, where everything was, when would I like breakfast. "Comfortable stay at reasonably priced hotel in a great location. Inevitably in a hotel of this era the room wasn't that soundproofed so we could hear the conversation in the room next-door, but it wasn't a problem. We dined in the hotel and the food was excellent and sensibly priced. Would definitely use again."

"I attended a wake at the Crossways hotel. The staff were very professional and helpful I was in room 120. Very spacious and tastefully decorated. A big comfatable bed a large shower . The outside bar area was a bonus with great views towards the Glastonbury Tor . Breakfast was good with cakes and pastries plus a well presented full english . One slight problem of the shower thermostat not giving more than luke warm water but i magine that is fixed now. Only a brief stop but would return again"

"Everything was great, friendly staff and everything maintained to a high standard. The breakfast was great and in a lovely setting. The only issue I had was I couldn’t connect to the WIFI when I needed to as the code wasn’t in the visitor guide. It simply said speak to a member of staff if you are having trouble, but it was too late for that and unfortunately this is a far greater inconvenience that maybe it should be. But such is the world we live in. This is, however, surely a very simple fix. In any case, I do plan on staying here again on a regular basis, needing to stay in Glastonbury at least once per month for the foreseeable future. I will just make sure I get connected during check in moving forward and that’s the one tip I would give to others, as that small hiccup aside, you couldn’t ask for a nicer place reasonably priced."
