Their excellent service continued throughout my stay, with everyone going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The hotel itself is a beautiful oasis in the heart of Shanghai. The attention to detail is truly impressive, whether in the stylish rooms or the lovely amenities. I felt pampered at every turn! Unfortunately, I didn’t have enough time to explore all the facilities during my stay, but I’m definitely looking forward to trying them out on my next visit. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay with a welcoming atmosphere. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!"

"從一進門辦理check-in 開始，就感受到Westin 的用心跟服務。房間大，挺乾淨的，備品不夠跟服務人員說就會補齊。禮賓人員有問必答，熱情。 第四個晚上回房間時，原本在房間的房卡不見，沒能給予及時說明原因，有些緊張。Check-out 時，有跟櫃台再次詢問，有給予回應及致歉。 總而言之，是一次愉快的住宿體驗。"
