“Rooms are in terrible shape - bathrooms even worse. Staff is nice when you get their attention. Ocean view rooms are located over and next to a bar/entertainment area which gets very loud at night.”

“Excellent views, very good restaurant. My unit only had a/c in the salon. So bathroom and bedroom doors had to be kept open. Entry door key had to be “worked” every time to close or open. This is a simple cheap fix. Breakfast included, scrambled eggs NG, switched to pancakes. Nice small pool. Great sunsets.”

“Unfortunately, our experience at this property was very disappointing. It appears that at one time it may have been a great resort, but now it seems to be in need of better management. An all-inclusive resort should strive to provide a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Most staff members seemed to follow a script and did not appear genuinely interested in providing friendly, personalized service. The hotel also needs to upgrade its beds and pillows, as they were not very……
