「Staff were proactive in helping us when we had a need. At least three instances of exceptional service come to mind.
The breakfast was as diverse as could be for a Western palate. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Snacks and drinks the night before were both creative and tasty, especially the tuna tataki on tostones. Also impressed by the signature cocktail I tried.

「Beautiful property that’s clearly well cared for—everything felt clean, fresh, and inviting from the moment we arrived. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile or a quick assist.
The snorkeling was a highlight—crystal-clear water and plenty to see just steps away. Having the pools, hot tub, and ocean all in one place made it easy to relax or switch things up throughout the day without going far.

About a 15 min walk to queen emma bridge n the downtown area
5 min drive from mambo beach
25 min drive from airport
Food was okay
Only bad side is they will not upgrade your room if your a platinum member they will tell you they don't have none even when they do smh」
