“When we got to the room and opened the door, there was a sour smell. The room wasn’t very big, and when we asked to change rooms, they told us there were none available. “I stayed here for 4 nights. The room was comfy and clean. The room had the sink outside of the restroom, which I found a little interesting. My room specifically, was located in a kinda weird spot. My window did not look out the street but rather out to other windows which made feel a bit uncomfortable to open the shades. This made it difficult to get sunlight inside the room. “Overall, our stay was not a great experience. Flooring upon entry to the Kasa property was dirty and sticky. The elevator was dirty and smelled like trash/old food. (probably from the neighboring restaurants that utilize the elevator.)
