「This is somewhat of a mixed review. The charm of the box car, the look the feel the uniqueness was wonderful. Would be an awesome place to take a couple grandchildren for a day. We went for an adult birthday trip. Communication was not what I wished for. Was looking for input about things to do and where to eat, I got one suggestion. Sell your community and people will come. Was also looking for my check-in information and did not receive it until 3:50 in the afternoon after I contacted them...

「It felt more like walking into someone else's house than a vacation stay. There were dirty dishes in the oven and dishwasher, kool-aid in the fridge, the sheets were dirty, the floor was dirty, there was a dead possum in the yard. The host was very gracious and quick to respond to needs. Unfortunately I don't think the cleaning service showed up before our visit. We ended up leaving after a couple of hours instead of staying the night(s). An unfortunate damper on our trip to Wichita.」
