“I absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a simple and affordable option. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was minimal, no eggs or bacon or hot bar but they did have some yogurts, bagels, muffins, bread, oatmeal, fruit, and hard boiled eggs. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. I highly recommend.”

“Staff were ok, nothing spectacular, dark skin receptionist seemed kinda done with it but was still helpful. Amenities were lacking, no microwave in room and the room was super small and smelled like musty basement.”

“The room was clean and we enjoyed having a small refrigerator and freezer for our drinks and ice as well as a small table and chairs to sit and relax for eating. The outdoor space was relaxing with 2 chairs and side table for enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Two highlights was having hooks restaurant, mexican, across the street, delicious food, and a walkable distance to footbridge beach. Only a short 1.5 mile distance to downtown Oguinquit as well.
