“The host was involved from the beginning of our booking, and remained that way until we arrived. Kellie and Tim sent maps and check in instructions to help us upon arrival. The photos accurately reflect the property, and we were very pleased with everything. Highly recommend!!”

“Condo was really clean and well stocked for cooking needs. Only place for one vehicle so for a family fine but 2 couples meeting there, someone has to park elsewhere. Wifi was very slow and at times not working. would need to have mobile hot spot. otherwise very convenient to major attractions and very comfortable.”

“This property was even nicer than we expected. I was surprised it was a duplex with an older couple next door, but the whole experience was excellent. the neighborhood was quiet and the yard was nice with squirrels and bunnies out playing in the mornings. Everything is new inside from appliances flooring and beds. We truly felt spoiled. We were able to walk to the Original Pancake House which made my granddaughter very happy. and not far from our place was the Butterfly Pavilion. We visited the……

“Everything was very clean and very comfortable. Only downside was TV situation for us senors that don’t understand system, TV in bedroom we couldn’t get to work, might had we just didn’t understand system. This not a huge problem, thank you”

“This spot is amazing. You can rent paddle boards and boats from the store below during the day. The staff are friendly and personable. Everything is 30 minutes or less from the location. Crazy Horse (a must visit), Mount Rushmore, horse back riding, hiking, all within reasonable drive times. This location was the perfect home base and the gorgeous views made us want to relax here just as much as we wanted to visit the surrounding areas. We would definitely stay here again and you should too!”

“House was in very clean condition. I was under the impression we would have the whole house to ourselves, but we had the basement to ourselves. The hot tub was clean. The host was very responsive. It’s very family friendly has a three bedrooms and a bunkbed in the laundry room area. They had a grill outside that worked very well. We packed our own beach towels because we had plans to go swimming elsewhere’s but they did have a very good amount of towels there for showering and swimming.”

“Great condo for the Black Hills journey”

“The condo worked great for our family. It was extremely hot while we were there and I contacted Trista to see if there was an extra tower fan somewhere to help circulate the air. She had a brand new fan delivered while we were out for the day. Super fast response. The kitchen had a good amount of pots and utensils for us to cook breakfast and dinner. We brought our crockpot with us, there just is no vent above the stove. The kids enjoyed the fold up cots and thought they were the coolest thing……
