“Pretty grounds and lake; the alpacas and goats were particularly friendly. The accommodation was compact but had everything available - fridge/kitchen etc. The bed was very comfortable ”

“We rented this property for Christmas, and it was absolutely fantastic. The hosts were so friendly and there were lots of clear instructions on how to use the hot tub etc. The location was perfect, and we LOVED the decor of the place - so quirky and right up our street as we are a rock n roll loving family. We will be back 100%. Thank you to Andy & Sharon! xx”

“Exactly like pictures and description, was able to fit 8 for a Hen Do, perfect location for beach and town etc. Hosts were really good during the welcome making sure we knew where everything was/ where to go if we needed anything.Only downside is parking but not unexpected due to how central it is. I'd stay here again if I ever planned another group trip to Brighton, an easy choice tbh”

“We had the greatest stay in this beautiful and cozy flat. It is very well equipped and there was good space for everyone. The terrace and garden by the water is amazing where we had the morning coffee, enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and watched the ducks swim by. Would defenitely come again.”

“Had a wonderful stay! House has everything you need, is clean and welcoming. In a great location to restaurants and a grocery store. Loved that there’s parking as well. ”

“Absolutely beautiful property, spotlessly clean and loved the jacuzzi (which was set up and ready to go!) parking outside the house and visitor parking if you have more than 2 cars. The host was friendly, responsive and incredibly helpful. Would really recommend! Thanks for saving our new year!”
