「Although not near the beach, it is not a long walk. The location is great and is at town centre. Have private car park, however the facilities are quite old and the bed is too low. We found insert in the bath tube so that we did not use it」

「I had an amazing time here! The location is spot-on, and the room is so spacious with its own kitchen, dishwasher, and washing machine. It was the perfect place to relax after a long workday. I highly recommend it for both business and leisure.」

「Very complicated check in progress. Took me two hours to check in while I was standing outside the building in the heat. The management asked me to pay additional costs and additional security checks. If I was told early then i would be more prepared or even avoided 」

「Warm welcome, comfortable and very clean apartment. Well stocked kitchen for a longer self catering stay. Well situated for town, beach, restaurants etc. loved the fresh fruit in reception and the tea and coffee available. 」

「Stayed for a few days whilst helping child move from one uni accom to another. Hottest weekend of the year and really happy that apartment (superior 2 bed) had climate control. Made for a really welcome respite from heat of the day. Very well equipped kitchen. Towels provided of a very decent size. Beds on the soft side for our taste. Would say bring an eye mask as bedroom blinds are not blackout! Some hooks on back of shower room doors would be handy. Exceptionally clean! Would stay again.」

「This property is in an excellent location for visiting the Historical Naval Yards and related attractions. The property was very clean and quiet. My only "complaint" is that the washer-dryer machine took several hours per load. I strongly recommend staying here!」

「Good location for drive 」

「It was perfect for what we were after. A night in Southampton before getting an early ferry. Location for that. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Really helped make the stay. Only thing we would change would be a fan in the room, as widows didn't open much to get air flow. That said it was one of the hottest nights of the year. 」

「Pretty clean, nice walk to town centre and transit. Parking a bit tight by North American standards. Lift available. Beds comfy and the owners/property managers as well as the cleaner were all wonderful. 」
