"I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the room was very spacious and comfortable. It was super convenient being able to park right in front of the unit, and the bar was a few steps away. Food at the ISH kitchen was delicious. My only complaint was that the service was pretty slow. Even though I was sat at the bar, it took a while for anyone to acknowledge me and then to take my order. This has also happened in the past. I feel like they pay more attention to locals than to visitors."

"This was my first solo trip in over 25 years!I am a DV survivor and was absolutely terrified of going on this trip solo!! The location was beyond my expectations; as not only did I feel safe enough to not lock the doors, but I was able to relax and sleep better than I have in a long time!Knowing Chuck and Laurie were close, but so respectful of me being there means more than they will ever know!Thank y'all for allowing me to experience this!The house is very well stocked with every day needs, clean and beyond my expectation!I awoke to a bear the first morning. Lol. I've never moved so fast to get back inside, but, it too was a reminder of the simplicity of life that God desires for us if we are willing to trust in Him.I cannot say enough positive things about this property! You must experience it for yourself! I will return to the area, and I will definitely stay here again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The views of the mountains are nice and the overall experience was very relaxing. Please note though as a hotel guest...this is also a private golf/country club and the members clearly rule the roost. Golfers/members hanging out at the bar for hours at the Miller Grille were a little rowdy and obviously this is accepted. Also members tend to treat the pool as it is is there own private party area at times."

"The cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly, helpful staff are much appreciated. However, we were somewhat disappointed with the restaurant. They served what appeared to be expired, milky, and sticky corn, and the staff offered neither an explanation nor an apology when we questioned them about it."

"We booked a glamping trip on April 30, 2026 for the 4th of July weekend (including the Thursday before). Long story short, on the day of the booking we called the number they gave us to let them know what time we were arriving but when we got there, the owners relatives were occupying the property. We found a woman and shirtless man at the door. Awesome. The owner came out and said that they no longer used the rental platform we booked with and that they had already rented the property out using a different rental platform, for the holiday. We couldn’t imagine a worse scenario. We booked to avoid fireworks for our dog and began to think about the drive home as our only solution. That’s when we called customer service for the booking and they referred us to this property on hotels,com We immediately liked what we saw and it wasn’t too far away. left the property, called customer service. Not only did they find another property right away, they found us the Postcard Cabins. THIS IS GLAMPING. We enjoyed a nice, relaxing, air-conditioned (during the worst heat of the year so far) glamp with our dog and minimal fireworks. Postcard Cabins has room service, they give you firewood, a kit for smores, and every amenity you could imagine for a hotel. We loved the large windows and couldn’t believe how lucky we were. The concierge texted promptly with the door code and let us know to call if we needed anything. We are already planning to return in the fall."
