"I love this hotel so much. Second time visit and I never want to stay elsewhere in FL. I’ve never slept on a more comfy mattress. they have a shuttle to take you to a cruise but if you are on Disney, you can WALK TO THE SHIP! Doesn’t get any better than that"

"The room itself was okay. The pool also was okay. We chose to eat at the outdoor dining, and it was substandard. The portions were small, the flavor was mediocre at best, and took forever to get the food. Additionally the grab and go market in the hotel had a better beer selection than their ‘full bar’ at the pool. The shuttle to Port Everglades is not operated by the hotel, it’s an external company that you have to contact and book a slot. Front desk staff were wonderful though and got us into a room at 11am."

"The hotel was clean and convenient for our early flight, but our stay was significantly disrupted by loud noise from the room next door in the middle of the night. It seemed to come from an adjoining door, and we were unable to sleep because of it. I understand this may not always be within the hotel’s control, but it did affect our experience."
