"I had a pretty disappointing experience overall. When I arrived, there was leftover food in the fridge from a previous guest, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. The bathroom sink was also clogged and wouldn’t drain properly.
The bar experience was also underwhelming. The food options were limited, and the menu was misleading—what was listed as “fish tacos” turned out to be plant-based, which was not clearly communicated.
I do want to recognize Enzo at the bar and the blonde woman at the front desk who kindly gave my dog a ball—they were both friendly and welcoming.
Unfortunately, my interaction with the manager overshadowed the positives. After sitting at the bar with my dog for about two hours, I was abruptly told I had to move. While I complied, the way it was handled felt rude and passive-aggressive, lacking basic courtesy and professionalism.
Overall, there were a few bright spots, but the cleanliness issues and customer service concerns made this a negative experience."
