「Got to the motel the front desk lady put us in a room on the second floir and told us the elevator was broken, spoke to her and she put us on the griund floor. The only thing i didnt like was the parking, the lot is to small for the motel and they only had 4 disabled parking spots」

「The staff was tremendous. The only challenge were the elevators. Limited access and very very slow.」

「This was our first time staying at a Doubletree. One thing i loved about this was they came in and tidied up our room each day leaving us with fresh towels, a made bed and bottled water. The bed was super comfortable. The hall way was noisy with doors slamming all the time and the breakfast wasnt free like most hotels we have stayed at. 」

「Parking is closer to the poles is hard to go in reverse」

「The accommodations were in clean and modern. We had hot water for all of us to shower and plenty of quiet rest in decent beds with comfortable beds. The staff was professional and knowledgeable and upbeat. Easy on/off from the highway. Food close by. We would stay here again for an over night visit or business trip. 」

「Great location. Nice fresh, new spot to stay in downtown Salem. 」

「While the outside of the property looks older it seems like all of the rooms have been updated and is very clean. The only problem I had (probably with my room) was that the hot water for the shower was iffy due to the tap. Overall, it was a good stay for a traveler.」

「We weren’t satisfied for the first room they gave us; however, they were able to accommodate us and gave us a better, clean, and a comfortable room. Josh and his staffs were friendly and kind. They made sure we were taking care of and satisfied. Thank you.」

「Rooom was clean and good value for the price. The staff was very accommodating. My only complaint was that there were people in the hallway talking at full volume at like 6am…not sure if it was staff or what but I didn’t not get a good nights rest after a long drive in from Seattle 」
