“Thought place was impressively clean. Had all the comforts one would want or expect. Living room was very comfortable. The woodwork made the home very inviting. Big driveway was good. 5 minute ride to subway station was important as well. Was very fortunate to meet the owner(Mark) as we pulled into the driveway. He gave a quick rundown of a few items including some restaurants ideas. It was very clear to me that the owner has spent a lot of time and money on making it a great place to stay.”

“Great location! So close to public transportation. Property very clean. Note: stairs are very steep for any renter with mobility issues. I could not find a blow dryer (usually available in other properties we have rented). Also could use a few more pillows for those of us that like to use 2 pillows to sleep.”

“The checkin was the only confusing part as we didnt realize which part of the house to enter and one of the residents was confused why we were driving into the driveway. However, after we got settled in, the downstairs portion of the house we were in was very clean and well furnished for us. We really enjoyed it, and the location for Salem was fantastic. Only a few minutes away from downtown.”

“Everything from check in to check out was easy! The location is excellent, close to RT 1. Lovely simplistic decor. Meticulously clean. Very comfortable beds . Gorgeous landscaping. We had a dog with us and walking him was easy in the neighborhood. Close to breakheart reservation for a nature walk. Great home away from home! Would definitely stay again.”

“The unit is the whole first floor of an older house, rearranged into two bedrooms, with a living room, dining room, AND a den (plus kitchen). The bathroom is quite small and needs better lighting. The master bedroom could use a luggage stand (no other furniture or closet in the room). And there are renovations that aren't quite finished. But overall its quite nice. Everything works. It's a quiet neighborhood. Very good value and will repeat.”

“The house was perfect for 5 of us to stay comfortably. We booked this house for the main purpose of spending the weekend in Salem. Salem was only a 10/15 drive from this house! This location is perfect for walking to the restaurants right on the water.”

“It was everything we thought as far as location in the boat itself, but the exterior of the boat was in need of a cleaning the bathtowels. What didn't you and mildew smelling the betting was tingy. And a little smelly, but overall, the place was clean in general. And had everything you'd want or need.”
