“3 people working at the front desk, only one person checking in let us wait 25mins. And the room too old dirty! My door even hard to lock ”

“The front desk was very helpful at check-in by upgrading us to a top floor room. However, the room was very poorly configured so we couldn't watch the TV from the bed. There were no recycling bins, nor was there an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Free breakfast is always a plus, but the selection here was average at best.”

“I received some poor customer service from an employee. It wasn’t confrontational but it definitely turned me off from booking this hotel again.”
