"Quiet hours began at 10:00 p.m., but the noise from the room next door continued well past that time. Guests were constantly going in and out of the room, and I could hear them yelling at and slapping their door. I called the front desk to report the disturbance, and they said they would send someone up to investigate, but no one ever came. Also, if your room has a connecting door, be prepared for very little sound insulation. The walls are extremely thin, and I could clearly hear everything from the neighboring room, including children screaming."
