「We had birthdays for two people in our friend group and this place was truly so fit for the celebration! The space is well decorated, well cleaned, and well lit. We had a lot of fun touring the space and jumping between rooms and floors. The walk to rainbow beach was easy to follow. Host is very clear and consistent with communication. 「Three weeks later tries to say we didn't pay when we have emails/proof saying otherwise. We checked in at the time, and some guy just comes in the backdoor with towels. Upon checkout, says we didn't leave the key & they had to get a locksmith - we literally saw someone come in with a key (man with towels at check in). Scary neighborhood, misleading advertising, terrible communication. 」

「There was room enough for everyone. I like the recording ring doorbell. I like bathroom connect to bedroom. I didn’t like the wide open vent in the floor leading to bathroom. The bathroom door is on backwards. The coffee pot was molded. There were plenty of towels and washcloths. The bed is too close to the wall. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. I probably would stay there again but the price was high for the condition of the house. This house needs a lot of maintenance.」

「Nice property, easy entry instructions and instructions for upkeep (garbage etc).. Was impressed by the size of the building as it does not appear so large from the outside. The 8 minute drive to McCormick place was extremely nice and made this home an obvious pick..Look up Bronzeville before booking, although we had no problem with the location.」

「So much better than staying in a cramped hotel. Very nice house with plenty of room for everyone and high quality amenities. Appreciated the free parking! Easy access to the beach or downtown. Whatever you’re in the mood for. 」

「Great spot for some friends to get together. Free parking is guaranteed late at night, but difficult to find in the mornings. The street that the property is on has non-permit street parking. CTA red line is a few minutes walking, so we had no issues traveling to our event without driving. Property manager was very responsive and accommodating for some last-minute guest arrangements 」
