"Very nice, clean, and safe. Friendly staff and the rooms are nice and clean as well. No on site parking, but you can load and unload at the hotel so that makes it a bit less of a hassle. Great spot for a stay to enjoy Chinatown for certain and within a 15 minute walk to Wintrust Arena for any events."

"Everything was great, except that my room was near the front desk, and at night I could hear the front desk attendants talk and I could hear them in my room really loud. Loud enough to wake me up and not let me sleep. "

"Their website says it's pet friendly, which is completely false. There was no point in having pillows since they're almost as flat as the actual bed. Props to their ac, works great. There was nobody there to receive keys when I went in. It was an ok stay, but them not taking pets was infuriating."
