“We had a wonderful time celebrating our parents’ 50th anniversary on this trip. The house was perfect it comfortably accommodated everyone in our group, from elders to teens to little kids. We enjoyed all the amenities, and the management was incredibly attentive and responsive, making sure everything ran smoothly throughout our stay.The only drawback was the beach access. During a previous visit to this same property, we had a convenient access point just a block away (Miami St) .……

“We Loved Soggy Dollar! It's so beautiful and Echelon hosts are excellent to work with. I do think it would be helpful for potential guests to know that none of the bunk rooms have doors -curtains only. There is no storage room for suitcases in the bunk rooms, or closets. or dressers or chests. Only one bunk room on the 4th floor has a separate bathroom. The other bunk rooms have no bathrooms. We had a total of 20 guests.The boys were the only ones willing to stay in the bunk rooms due to……

“The property was perfect for our family of 11. We had parents and grandchildren ranging in age from 1 to 12 years. It was well equipped with beach gear, cribs and even a high chair. The pool was the highlight for all of us and we were a short distance from the most beautiful beach. It was clean and well stocked with supplies from paper towels, laundry soap, dishwasher soap and garbage bags. We highly recommend choosing this property for your next family gathering.”

“We booked a 2 bedroom condo on the top floor & facing the ocean. The views were amazing! We could see distant rain storms with great lightning viewing and beautiful sunsets. There were 2 pools available; our favorite was the one right above the beach facing the ocean! You could just walk down the steps from the pool to the beach & sit under umbrellas with chairs already set up. We went to the harbor for the sunset tour and ate at a nearby upscale restaurant, although there were many different……
