“The location of this property is great and to have a golf cart with bikes really helped our big group. The only downfall were the things that needed to be fixed around the house. We travel and stay at a lot of properties and this one needs a little work. Other than that we had a great time. The Beachwalk Property did step up when we had an issue with the air conditioner, they had someone out to fix within about 2 hours and it did get fixed.”

“It was spacious for the family had everything you needed to etiquette for your stay. The only issues was questioned about life guards with the hidden dunes condos where you can walk the beach. I would rent again for a family stay just that being questioned saying we need to show that we can be at the beach. Found water bug in the pillows in the upstairs room but other than that it was cleaniss.”

“Everything was great, but it needs new pots and pans. Pot and pans were very old scratch can barely cook anything. Other one Han that everything was great. AC was nice and cool washer dryer worked good”

“Property was great with easy access to everything in Sandestin! Having two master suites was really nice.”

“The home is spacious, but there are some things that should be addressed. The kitchen faucet leaks terribly. The cookware is absolutely horrible. No can opener. No oven mit or kitchen towels. The provided beach wagon was broken and we had to carry everything to the beach. This was a challenge with small kids. The other provided beach gear is also either broke or in poor shape. The hall bathroom shower only worked part of the time. The air quit working during our stay, but someone was there later……

“This was an amazing property!! Simply nothing negative about this place. This is the nicest home we have ever stayed in with 14 years straight in the Seaside/Seagrove/Rosemary areas. The location is simply unbeatable! You won’t be disappointed with this place!! So take my next paragraph with that in mind! Now, Management was excellent through the booking process and all the way up until checkin. Then…impossible to reach on checkin day! We had an issue as the home wasn’t ready when we arrived at……
