It is very convenient because it was very near to city, trains station and bus station for sight seeing. The appartment was clean and spacious. Some noise heard at night because the appartment was on the second floor and near street.

Terrible communication from the host. Didn’t receive any response to several messages asking about access details for property. No response to request for late check out. No resolution to missing light bulbs. Limited amenities. No Bath soap or shower gel/shampoo, one hand towel to share for all guests. Homeless bedding and debris blocked building entrance during entire stay. Front entrance floor dirty with flies flying around. Wifi info had to be returned from box lying on floor (rather than having wifi info printed for guests’ easy use. Location is good however very noisy during evening time requiring windows to be closed. Plenty of hot water available. Washer was useful. Shower was very comfortable. No table surfaces in bathroom to put toiletries. No toilet paper holder.

Great location but needs clean

There was black mold in the bathroom on the ceiling. The outside entrance and stirway were dirty. Inside room floor and walls were dirty. There was a washer/ dryer in appointment which was nice. Plenty of dishes. No place to put garbage Only one garbage bag, no bar soap for bathroom and only 1 1/2 roll of toliet paper. Great location and easly to get around.

Spacious and clean city centre apartment

We booked above bar apartments as a stop over while we took our young children to Paultons Park. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious and perfect for what we needed. The city centre location is fabulous and there are so many restaurants, coffee houses and shops close by. It was great to pop downstairs for a coffee and to take a 5 minute walk home from a restaurant. It could be a little noisy at night as is expected from city centre living but a little white noise helped us all sleep soundly! Parking behind the apartments was close by and due to being out all day we didn’t have to pay much as it’s free over night. The flats are also right next to some huge green spaces with the most fabulous playground I’ve ever seen! We had a slight issue accessing the property but the owner sorted everything out super quickly once we got in touch with him.

When we found the property it had a very shabby exterior with bedding and rubbish left outside the street door. This was left there all the next day. We had no housekeeping for the 2 nights we stayed there, I was expecting a cleaner but I may not have read the details properly. Having said that, I would stay tbere again as the location was perfect for us.

The apartment was exactly as in the description. We missed a a few essentials such as toilet roll, salt, pepper. The only issue is that the entrance to the property was covered in rubbish and people slept in there which meant we literally had to jump over them to get entrance, which was quite unpleasant.
