「My wife and I stayed in Cincinnati for two Reds baseball games and this condo was in a perfect place to get there and also get around to other sites in downtown Cincinnati. The condo itself is beautiful and you can tell the owner did a lot of upgrades to make it a wonderful stay. Everything we needed was available and all amenities were great! We would definitely stay again.」

「Unit is very well maintained and stocked. The stairs are wide and easily managed with suitcases...good exercise! Great location and very quiet because it is away from street and on top floor. Owner easy to work with. Some exterior upgrades going on in building. Check with owner on status if daytime noise or construction stuff is a concern of yours.」

「The property was very well maintained, with a LOT of room. The location was perfect for us. The communication with the property management was excellent. We prefer this experience over staying in a hotel room, and it was much less expensive. We plan on returning here sometime in the future. 」

「Beautifully renovated loft apartment with lovely finishes and details. Generously sized main bedroom with 5-Star hotel bed and linens. Appreciated the extra large flat screen TV so my other half could watch the NBA playoffs as well as the Nespresso machine. Free on site parking is a major amenity in this neighborhood. You know it’s a good rental when you walk in and say, “I could live here”」

「Had a very good overall experience staying in the property. Super clean, very comfy. Outlets are a little scarce just due to the age of the property itself, but it is totally doable.10/10 do recommend.」

「Great condo, easy proximity to downtown, easy walking distance to most things (I walked to and from a conference at the Duke center in about 10 minutes). Yes you have to walk up some stairs to get to the top floor- but if you’re in any kind of shape it’s not bad at all.」

「It is an up and coming area with a lot to see around you. Having the bedrooms in the back is nice because you can hear everything below in front and there was music playing every night. We weren’t really bugged by it because you are staying in the city. I think blackout and noise reduction curtains would be a good option for the living room window. The place was cute and it was clean. More throws and pillowcases would be nice too but, overall it was a great space.」

「The neighborhood was very nice with many beautiful homes. The nearby park was very nice as well. The house is old but in good condition. Kitchen well equipped. Had a handy little office area. Didn't realize that the unit is on the second and third floors. Was a little challenging carrying our luggage and supplies up the steep stairs. Overall a good stay.」

「Amazing place! So great, I even added an extra night on to my stay so I could chill out in the Odd Fellows Room. Restaurants nearby, 20 min walk to the Reds ballpark, and a dedicated parking spot made this a wonderfully unique place to stay.」
