"Could not tell you anything about this place didn't stay there and could get ahold of anybody to cancel, so got charged for 2 days not staying there"

"This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. We traveled with our kids and the hotel felt safe and kid friendly! The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel staff was very professional and genuinely cared about their duties! The breakfast was great too! We will definitely be staying again! "

"So the property was nice but there were a few oddities when we compare to other facilities. The room door opens directly into the bedroom, so you have to walk through the bedroom to get to the rest of the rooms. Somewhere it mentioned they had dvd players in the rooms but there were none to be used (we called the main desk). Most facilities have a pizza pan, but again there were none (called again). They have on-site gas barbecues but there were no tongs in the rooms or alongside the BBQs."

"Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Probably the best of any hotel we've stayed at. Location was pretty good for activities in downtown area. Room was very nice: good size, nice shower. Were surprised when we found out that we got tickets for three free drinks at the bar. Only had two types of beer, but one was an excellent local craft brew. Free breakfast buffet not the greatest. Surprised that they also had a free dinner buffet. Food wasn't great, but worked out well for us to get a quick bite before heading out to Fiserv Forum."

"Older bartender unfriendly and stale. The whole hotel has lost its vibe from a few years back. Half the staff friendly and attentive, the other have doesn't want to be there. Rooms are starting to show that the Hotel probably will fail sooner than later. We have stayed at least a dozen times, sad this will likely be our last."
