“Very decent place to stay, slightly expensive but high value”

“I had reserved 3 nights in this apartment during the Winter Olympics and the location is ideal. It is right beside Cadona train and metro station. The agency provides centralised management in the premises. The neighbourhood is with sufficient amenties. It only takes less than 15 minutes to arrive at the main tourist attractions by metro. However, the room was a bit tiny because and the bed is placed on a cement 'platform' (see the photo), it'd be difficult to sit up straight on the bed if the……

“Bait and switch, and they still charged full price. None of the listing photos are of the apartments we were given. The advertisement showed a specific apartment, with specific rooms, specific finishes, and a specific look. We checked that listing again after we arrived. The photos do not match this unit. Not a different angle. Not a room they had updated. A different apartment from the one in the ad. We paid for four nights in Milan and were charged the full amount despite them not giving us……

“Central air conditioning. A little stuffy and too noisy if we opened the window. The reception was friendly and communication was very perfect and timely. Unfortunately our last night was disrupted by a powercut due to the construction work that was being carried out outside of the building. ”

“Very disappointing experience at Limehome Milan Park Tower The building looks modern and new from the outside, but inside was a completely different story. The apartment was poorly maintained, with a shower door that leaked water onto the bathroom floor and a bathroom door that would not close properly. Photos are attached. The biggest issue was the AC. Guests cannot properly control the temperature. Limehome told us their system maintains approximately 23–26°C (73–79°F) and that the……
